Barton Mills is a delightful location to unwind and is excellently located, equidistant to Newmarket, Bury St.
Edmunds, Thetford and Ely. A little further on, you have Cambridge and Norwich. Appletree Cottages offer tranquil Bed and Breakfast and/or Self-Catered accommodation to a high standard. Appletree Cottage features one double room and one family room with shared facilities. Both rooms are equipped with a TV, DVD player. There is one shared bathroom with a bath and a shower, a shared kitchen, and a shared dining and living area. Appletree Studio contains its own kitchen area with built in cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine and ironing facilities. A light airy new build, the studio is open plan and boasts underfloor heating, internet access, TV and DVD. The bathroom includes a walk in shower whilst the sleeping area includes a double bed and sofa bed. Appletree Cottages is located on the edge of the beautiful Thetford Forest well known for its wildlife, walks and off-road cycling. The beautiful town of Bury St. Edmunds with its Georgian Theatre Royal and marvellous cathedral is 20 minutes drive, whilst the ancient market town of Newmarket, well known for horses, horse-racing and annual Newmarket Nights open air concerts, is just a 15 minute drive away.

From the five ways roundabout take the exit for Newmarket and London, cross the dual carriageway to Barton Mills village. Follow the main street until you reach the cottage.
